Paella Work

The Paella Work activity consists in learning how to make a paella dish from the real beginning by buying the needed products in local markets or food shops until the final elaboration and tasting of this spanish gastronomy must.

The participants will get into the Central Market while getting all information about the different products needed to make this traditional spanish dish, and in addition, Tramuntana Aventura staff will make buy all of them (fish, meat, rice, vegetables, etc…).

Once all products will be achieved, we will move to the cooking facilities where it will be explained how a paella is made, from making the broth (base of the paella dish) to the cooking of all ingredients. A sangria cocktail drink preparation contest will be held beforehand and you will enjoy an aperitif full with local snacks.
